Heritage Glen Nav Bar

Subdivision Theme:
A distinctive neighborhood is coming to life in Spring Hill. Heritage Glen, developed by Butler Custom Builders, LLC, will be a welcome addition to this popular growing community. Heritage Glen will feature 31 distinctly customized craftsman style homes with an emphasis on quality, style, energy efficiency and low maintenance. Homeowners are encouraged to build homes that meet the requirements of the Federal Energy Star program which will save up to 50% on energy costs. Existing trees have been retained and additional maple trees have been planted troughout the neighborhood. Wide sidewalks are on both sides of all streets and a walking path connects to the city’s extensive walking trails. Walking through the neighborhood, or sitting on the front porch, Heritage Glen will be a place where neighbor can meet neighbor. Heritage Glen has excellent access to major state highways and is close to convenient shopping, day care facilities, parks, walking trails, schools and an award-winning golf course. Additionally the Spring Hill area is convenient to the Kansas City Metro area and near Hillsdale Lake. Please explore Heritage Glen and learn all that it has to offer!
